1 c. flour
1 stick butter (8 T.)
1 c. chopped pecans
Mix well and then place in a 9 x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min...does not get brown. Cool completely.
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
Mix with electric mixer until smooth...then add:
1 c. Cool Whip (thawed) and blend well.
Pour over crust mixture and chill in the refrigerator until set.
1 large pkg. Chocolate or Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding & Pie Mix
2-1/2 c. milk
Mix well; this sets up pretty quickly. Then pour over the cream cheese layer and chill until set.
4th or Top layer
Use the rest of the Cool Whip to cover the chocolate mixture. Grate or make chocolate curls on top with 1 plain Hershey bar. Use milk or dark chocolate ~ your choice! Chill thoroughly prior to serving.
